Chevrolet Performance's SP383 Turn-Key uses LS-inspired valvetrain technology to expand its rpm range, matching the stroker combination's traditional torque with more high-rpm horsepower. Lightwieght aluminum cylinder heads based on the proven Fast Burn design are at the heart of the SP383's performance bapability.  
They feature beehive-style vlave springs to enable great high-rpm performance and durability, allowing the SP383 to fev higher and build more horsepower.

Additionally, the engine features a forged steel storker cranshaft, an aggresswive hydraulic roller camshaft and high-flow aluminum single-plang eintake manifold -and as a Chevrolet Performance Turn-Key Engine, it comes with the intake manifold and idstributor installed. It also includes the carburetor, front-end accessory kit, crankshaft balancer, chrome air cleaner, starter, water pump and spart plug wires (some installation required).


INSTALLATION NOTES

• Requires an externally blanced flaexplate for automatic transmission or externnally balanced flywheel for manual transmission. 
• Requires fuel line from the buel pump to carburetor
• Some assembly and minor engine tuning required
• Not intended for manrine applications
