I bought this hoist to move my spare tire on my GMC Canyon AT4X AEV from a bed mount to underneath the bed and in doing so decided to not purchase a heat shield, and Tom noticed I still had the bolts in my order so he called me, confirmed I wanted them removed from my order, and processed a refund. Great customer service and thinking ahead on my behalf!
