If an item is out of stock, you will be notified and the item back-ordered, unless you request otherwise. If you prefer, we can notify you when the item is again available.
For speed and economy we ship via UPS (United Parcel Service) or FedEx (Federal Express). Urgent orders can be shipped "3-Day Express", "2nd Day Air" or "Next Day Air" including Saturday delivery, upon request depending on the item. All shipments are insured and are shipped FOB our Arlington Heights, Illinois warehouse. Additional packing charges may apply on certain items. Freight charges for exchanges or returns must be pre-paid by customer unless pre arranged. CODs will NOT be accepted.
Initial orders are sent only when Prepaid. For your convenience we accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover Cards for domestic orders. Orders in excess of $7999.00 must be paid via bank wire transfer, cashiers, or certified check.Please allow 21 working days for check clearance.
All Illinois accounts must have a valid signed Resale Card on file. Sales tax will automatically be charged on Illinois accounts with no Resale Card on file. Illinois sales tax must be charged on all sales, samples, tools, etc.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any of our products you may return the unused item in its original packaging within ten days for credit or refund. Please obtain a "Return Authorization Number" from our Customer Service Department before returning any merchandise. Please check all merchandise before using. Note that engines and transmissions are not returnable.
Core charges will be refunded upon receipt and inspection of applicable parts. Cores must be returned in original packaging. Engine cores must be drained completely, repackaged, and replaced in the bag, secured in crate just as originally received. All cores are subject to inspection and may be subject to charge backs due to fractures etc. Freight charges for return cores are the sole responsibility of the customer.

These GM PERFORMANCE engines are covered by the GM PEFORMANCE warranty as outlined under Performance Parts Warranty information. Please understand that these GM PEFORMANCE engines are NOT direct replacements for your original equipment engine, and as such may require additional parts and or modifications to the engine and or vehicle to allow it to be used. They are intended for use in 1978 and earlier pre-emission street vehicles and any year off-road vehicles. They are not recommended for marine applications unless other wise noted.
